    This is an example of freezing beetroot leaves. The dark color of the leaves - because part of the leaves had a maroon color. The way of freezing and how the leaves look before eating.

    I just bought these and tried them out, greens lasted a little over a week in them. Just to let you know. that is a win in my book since they usually only last about 3 days here.

    I use this type of storage bin in the fridge, i have two of the larger sizes and chop up all my greens for the week, stick in my blue apple (Ann showed a picture above) and when I feed I put what I want into Malakai's bowl and sprinkle with cold water. i get a week out of greens in this type of bowl, it has the rubber seal inside the lid.
